Figure and horse in the landscape — human scale and presence

Human scale — the first data point of any project

The perspective behind the image changes everything.

  • Architectural perspective

We think in scale, materiality, circulation and light the way the designing architect does. We're not a vendor — we're a peer.

  • Visual narrative

Every frame has intention. We don't show the space — we narrate it. The image ends with your client's decision.

  • Commercial results

Our work helps win competitions, sell units, secure investors and close deals. The image is the first sales argument.

How we work.

A process designed to minimize revisions and maximize impact. Four phases, all agreed upon with the client.

Phase 01

Brief

We understand the project: blueprints, materials, references, architectural intent and commercial objective.

Phase 02

Concept

We propose framing, atmospheres and palette. We align on direction before production begins.

Phase 03

Production

Modeling, lighting and composition. First delivery for review and refinement.

Phase 04

Delivery

Final high-resolution images. Additional versions for social media, presentations and marketing.

Beyond photorealism.

Arcando Visual was founded on a fundamental premise: visualization is not a technical service — it is a design discipline. Pablo Arcando, an architect graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, leads the studio from a perspective that sets him apart from the traditional 3D operator — he understands structural logic, material behavior and the human scale behind every blueprint.

We don't operate software — we interpret architecture. This technical foundation lets us read the project's intent, fill in information with constructive judgment, and make aesthetic decisions aligned with the vision of the studio we work with. We protect design integrity without requiring micromanagement.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between technical blueprints and high-impact visual assets — narratives that build trust, accelerate approvals and maximize the return on every project.

What those who've worked with us say.

Architects, developers and investors who trusted us.

Arcando Visual didn't make renders for us. They translated the project. When we saw it, we understood for the first time what we had designed.

Angel Alcalá

Architect · TYE House

Excellent work and professionalism. Committed to the design process, bringing creativity and architectural solutions. Highly recommended.

Diego Puente

Architect · Las Piedras

We reached out remotely and worked entirely at a distance. Excellent work: quality standards and deadlines were met. Suggestions were well-reasoned and on point. I recommend them without a doubt.

Pablo Javier Gigli

Architect · Córdoba

Technically very solid. I highlight the dedication to delivering our work in record time without compromising quality.

What people ask before getting started.

What is Architect-Led Visualization?

It's a methodology where visualization is approached from the architect's perspective — scale, materiality, light and circulation — not from a technical rendering process. At Arcando Visual, every project is directed by an architect, not a 3D operator.

How long does a professional architectural render take?

Between 7 and 14 business days per view, depending on the level of detail, materiality and revisions. Full projects with multiple views or video are planned in phases — we'll send you a detailed timeline with our proposal.

Do you work with studios outside Argentina?

Yes. We have active clients in the United States (Miami, NY), Italy and the Netherlands. The process is 100% remote and we coordinate deliveries by time zone. We invoice in USD when the project requires it.

What materials do you need to get started?

Blueprints in DWG or PDF, material references and a design brief. If you already have a 3D model (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, ArchiCAD), even better. If not, we model from scratch — we work with any format.

Do you do virtual reality for pre-construction projects?

Yes. We produce 360° virtual tours and immersive VR experiences. They are the most effective tool for pre-construction sales: the client inhabits the unit before it exists. We can build a pilot for you to test before scaling it to the full project.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is quoted based on scope, number of views, complexity and timeline. We respond to every inquiry with a tailored proposal within 24 hours. Reach out via the form or WhatsApp.
