Krystal Park Tower.
Residential building in Buenos Aires — volume, transparency and urban scale in a cinematic render for project presentation to investors.
The project
Urban scale, intimate reading.
Krystal Park Tower stands as a piece of contemporary residential density in the urban fabric of Buenos Aires. The visual strategy aimed to translate two simultaneous readings: the urban scale of the volume against the skyline, and the habitable scale of common areas — pool, multipurpose room, gym, hall.
Each image was directed so the investor's eye could grasp in seconds the value proposition: a building that doesn't end at its facade, but unfolds into amenities of everyday use. Controlled atmosphere, honest materiality, light that defines the time of day.
The DDyG commission started from a precise brief: pre-sale images for investors, before construction began. We defined together six views — main facade, amenities and three unit typologies — and worked the materials palette in parallel with the studio. Two rounds of revision adjusted lighting and angles until each image answered a buyer's question before they asked it. The set was used directly in the project's commercial launch campaign.
