House without rhetoric.

TyE is a home of restrained language in Rosario: simple volumes, calibrated openings, reduced palette. The visualization accompanied the Alcalá & Campillo studio in defining the facade — the public face of the house — as the key piece of the project.

More than illustrating, the image functions as a proof of concept: it allows reading proportions, checking dimensions, and verifying that the chosen materiality sustains the architectural scheme.

Alcalá & Campillo had a concrete doubt: would the chosen materiality — exposed brick plus folded sheet metal — hold the scheme without becoming heavy? The render was the answer. Three views of the facade at different times of day proved the palette held in all three. The process included two tone adjustment iterations and ended with a set of four images that closed the presentation to the client and enabled the start of construction in Rosario.
