Terralagos.
Single-family home in a gated community — horizontality, water and garden resolved in a contemporary language for outdoor living.
The project
House in the landscape.
Terralagos addresses the classic gated community request — a permanent weekend house — with a scheme of low volumes, flat roofs, and continuous expansions toward the garden. The render accompanied the studio in exploring five key viewpoints, each designed to answer a specific client question.
The atmosphere aimed for the clear hour of dusk: warm light, water reflections, established vegetation. More than an illustration, the images functioned as a decision tool for openings, colors and proportions.
The studio came with final plans and a client who couldn't decide on the exterior tone and gallery opening. The render worked as a decision simulator: two color alternatives, three pool views at different times of day. The process lasted three weeks — briefing, first delivery, two rounds of revision — and concluded with a set of five images used in the presentation before the gated community association in Buenos Aires.
