Collective housing, individual detail.

Las Piedras addresses repetition as strategy: how to resolve the base unit so that, when multiplied, it still reads with identity. The visualization accompanied the studio in defining common amenities — pool, entrance, parking — and how these elements organize the complex.

The images work at two scales: that of the complex seen from outside and that of a typical unit interior, so the final client can project themselves in both the private and shared spaces.

Arch. Puente needed a set that would work in two distinct moments: presentation to the municipality and pre-sale to final buyers. We defined six views — two of the complex from the sidewalk, two of access and common areas, two of typical units — each designed to answer a different audience's question. The visual strategy prioritized scale readability: so the pedestrian understands the building and the buyer sees themselves living in the unit.
