Granaderos.
Residential building in Buenos Aires — entrance, units and everyday life resolved in images that communicate the project to investors and end buyers.
The project
Entrance and units.
Granaderos resolves a residential building designed for a Buenos Aires developer. Visualization worked on two fronts: the building entrance — where the first reading of the project is decided — and the standard units, where the end buyer understands what they're buying.
Rendering works here as a pre-sale piece: entrance images that define the character of the building, and views of bedrooms and apartments that anticipate how each unit feels lived in. The set is aimed at sustaining decision and closing.
ADL Desarrollos arrived with a mid-scale building and a campaign objective: images for the commercial launch in Buenos Aires. The brief asked for two parallel registers — one for the developer (volume and amenities) and another for the broker (unit interiors). We coordinated materials with the architect in charge and closed a set of eight images in three weeks. They were used in digital brochure, social media and the sales gallery.
