Water, light and interior life.

Canal House is conceived from its relationship with water: the house opens and extends toward the canal, the outdoor becomes the protagonist, and the interior unfolds in a clear sequence between living room, dining room, and kitchen. The visualization translated that reading with views that stitch interior and exterior together.

The rendering was developed as a presentation set for final client and investor: each image anticipates how the house is inhabited, how the light falls in South Florida, and how the spaces coexist. The gallery includes exteriors, living room, dining room and kitchen.

M2 Holistic Studio came with the scheme clear: a house that lives for the canal. The visual challenge was to show that without simplifying — to have images communicate the relationship between interior and exterior without becoming a generic catalog. We chose four views conceived as a sequence, as if the observer were moving through the house from outside in: exterior over the canal, living room with full opening, dining room and kitchen. South Florida's mid-afternoon light unifies the reading of the set.
