Light, matter and tropics.

945H is conceived from a dialogue with Miami's climate: controlled openings, deep shadows, and materials that age well under South Florida's sun. The visualization sought to translate that environmental reading into images capable of communicating the character of the project before construction.

The rendering was developed as a sales and decision tool: the views anticipate how the house is inhabited, what relationship it has with the lot, and how the entrance and outdoor expansion are resolved. Each image is a presentation piece designed for both investor and final client.

Enciso Jorde arrived with a finished project and a specific need: renders for an investor presentation in Miami. The brief called for images that communicated the South Florida lifestyle — pool, tropical vegetation, indoor-outdoor — without losing the sobriety of the architectural scheme. We worked three exterior views and one interior with mid-afternoon lighting, calibrated vegetation, and water reflections to reinforce the character of the project. The set was used directly in the investment round.
